A RESPONSIBLE YOUTH
LIVING A RESPONSIBLE YOUTHFUL LIFE
READ: ECCLESIATES 4:7-10 ( 7Then I looked again at vanity under the sun.
8 There was a
certain man without a dependent, having neither a son nor a brother, yet there
was no end to all his labor. Indeed, his eyes were not satisfied with riches and
he never asked, "And for whom am I laboring and depriving myself of
pleasure?" This too is vanity and it is a grievous task.
9 Two are
better than one because they have a good return for their labor.
10 For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe
to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up.)
It believed of
every human being that life has to be enjoyed. What it generally means to enjoy
life is having a healthy life with friends and family around. Youths will want
to make the best use of any opportunity they have in this life to satisfy their
human wishes, nobody want to leave life to chances. Living a responsible life
is very important but you cannot do it without God. Many claim to know God but
they don’t follow God. A responsible youth will fear God. He will not follow
friends who will entice him to drunkenness, adultery, cultism, and other sinful
act of this world.
A responsible youth will be a child of
God and his own words and deeds will clearly teach what he believes. At all
times he submits himself to the will of God. Enjoyment in life is subject to
doing God’s will. He made everything. He his the one who can give perfect
direction. A wise youth is one who fears God. A responsible youth lives
according to God’s plan for his life and success in God’s way.
